Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To perform Service-related tasks; or
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties will have access to your Personal Information, for the sole purpose of performing the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. They are obligated by law not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Although we do not presently employ such a third-party company, we do retain the right to do so in the future. You will then be offered an “opt-out” opportunity so that none of your personal information is used in such an endeavor without your express or implied permission.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our software provider for storage of personal information is called MINDBODY.

MINDBODY is a PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Provider.

What does Level I PCI compliant mean, and why is it important?

Level I Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance means that MINDBODY meets the credit card industry’s highest security standard, so you can rest assured that your data is safe.

Part of being compliant includes encrypting the clients’ credit card numbers and showing only partial credit card information in our software.

We also encrypt the client’s billing information, back it up daily, and securely store it offsite. Each year, MINDBODY must go through a rigorous audit to ensure that they maintain those high standards.
